I was not sure these come with the standard key to adjust. I phoned and specifically asked this question and they told me no it doesn't. Thus at an additional charge I ordered a key. But when it arrived they all had a key. Thus your sales people do not know there own product and gives bad advise. Advise that cause you to order and spend more than you should.
