The siliphos cartridges contain siliphos scale prevention media, which is used to help protect pipes, geysers, and fittings against limescale build and/or damage. The siliphos comes inside of a refillable shell (either white or clear in color). The siliphos inside will dissolve over time, and the refillable shell can be opened and topped up with additional siliphos media.

Thank you I have installed the cartridge including the silipos a week ago so far I have no issues I installed it inline before the holding 2000 litre holding tank.then goes into the house lines.The reason i did this I had installed a 10inch after the holding tanks the canister collapsed possibly of the pump being a1.1kw
